High speed centrifugal spray dryer is a widely used process in liquid forming process and drying industry. It is suitable for producing powdered and granular solid products from suspended emulsions, solutions, emulsions and paste-like liquid raw materials. Therefore, the spray dryer is a very good drying process when the particle size distribution, residual water content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product meet precise criteria.

 Features:
1,Fast spray drying speed, after atomization of material liquid, the surface area increases greatly, in the process of contact with hot air, 95%-98% of water can be evaporated instantly, the drying time only takes a few seconds, especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.

Working principle:
The spray dryer is open cycle, parallel flow type, centrifugal atomization. The drying medium air is filtered through primary and secondary air filters and then sucked by the blower according to the operation instruction and then heated by the heater through the hot air distributor of the high efficiency filter into the spray drying main tower. The liquid material passes through the peristaltic pump according to the operation instruction and enters the high speed rotating centrifugal nozzle, which is dispersed into small droplets under the action of centrifugal force. In the main spray drying tower, the small droplets are dried into products after full contact with the hot air and heat exchange along its specific path, and then separated through the cyclone separator, solid materials are collected and the gas medium is filtered and discharged. The whole spraying system is easy to clean, no dead space, and meets GMP requirements.

1,Contact between hot airflow and droplets: When there is sufficient amount of hot airflow into the spray drying chamber, the direction and angle of the hot airflow must be considered, whether parallel flow, counterflow or mixed flow, to ensure sufficient contact with the droplets in order to carry out sufficient heat exchange.
